3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on the site are in INR (₹) and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes, as specified.
  • RentaLite reserves the right to revise pricing or cancel orders in case of pricing errors.
  • All orders must be placed with 100% advance payment at the time of confirmation.
  • Prices are exclusive of GST. An additional 18% GST will be applicable as per government regulations.
  • Delivery and transportation costs will be charged separately and are not included in the product price.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website — including logos, text, images, and graphics — is the property of RentaLite or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws.
  • You may not use or reproduce any part of the site without written permission from us.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • RentaLite shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.
  • We do not guarantee that the website will always be secure or free from bugs or viruses.
  • Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged under any circumstances, except in cases of manufacturing defects covered under warranty (if applicable).
